Early childhood mental health—whether typical or disrupted—has lifelong implications for a child’s capacity to relate to their environment. In this series of four 60-minute interactive ECHO sessions, you’ll expand your knowledge and understanding of issues related to early childhood mental health. You’ll explore how brain development, attachment, and toxic stress affect children, and you’ll consider how negative impacts can be mitigated, including resilience building and where child welfare practice can intervene to support families. Not only will you hear from subject matter experts, but you’ll also discuss challenging cases and build solutions with your peers. Come create a community to share experiences and continue your learning into the future! Developed and coordinated by Illuminate Colorado.

You must register for ALL SESSIONS within one of the below cohorts to participate and it is the expectation that you attend all sessions. After the last session, you MUST complete the series evaluation found in the final session of the cohort.
